We are very pleased to announce the Fourth International Nonlinear Dynamics Conference (NODYCON 2025) to be hosted by the Stevens Institute of Technology from June 22 to 25, 2025.
Following the successful editions in Rome, Italy, in 2019, 2021 and 2023, NODYCON 2025 will convene in New Jersey, just minutes away from downtown Manhattan, continuing the tradition of the Nonlinear Vibrations, Stability, and Dynamics of Structures Conference series initiated by Prof. Ali H. Nayfeh in 1986 at Virginia Tech. Prof. Muhammad Hajj, Chair of Civil, Environmental, and Ocean Engineering at Stevens, who collaborated with Prof. A. H. Nayfeh at Virginia Tech for decades, will co-chair NODYCON 2025 with Prof. Walter Lacarbonara, Sapienza University of Rome, Chair of NODYS (International Society of Nonlinear Dynamics).
The 2025 Edition will feature several keynotes of broad interest, workshops, student competitions and oral presentations on recent advances in the rich spectrum of topics covered by Nonlinear Dynamics, including new frontiers. As part of the Conference program, NODYCON 2025 social program will include a boat tour on the Hudson river to the Statue of Liberty. At the end of the tour, the conference banquet will be hosted on the boat with great views of the city.
The submissions will start July 1, 2024 and will close November 8, 2024. You can submit abstracts for presentation only or full length papers for presentation and publication consideration in the Springer indexed series Advances in Nonlinear Dynamics. Full length papers will also be considered for possible publication in Nonlinear Dynamics on the basis of its review guidelines.
Notifications of acceptance of abstracts will be sent as soon as possible but no later than December 6, 2024. Notifications of acceptance of full length papers will be sent before March 14, 2025. The Springer papers are expected to be published by the end of the summer 2025. The abstracts will be collected in the Conference Book of Abstracts. The guidelines for the submission of nominations to the Springer Ali H. Nayefh Best Paper Awards, Ali H. Nayfeh Senior Award and the NODYS Early Career Award will be announced soon.
