Mecsol 2022: Abstract submission deadline extended!
The deadline for submission of abstracts for the Mecsol 2022 conference has been extended to February 4, 2022. Please note that there will be no further extensions of this deadline.
Mecsol 2022 will be held in Campinas, Brazil, from October 17 to 19, 2022. This edition of the event will involve cooperation between three committees of ABCM: Solid Mechanics, Smart Materials and Structures, and Fracture Mechanics, Fatigue and Structural Integrity. Mecsol 2022 will be a great opportunity to gather together researchers from the scientific communities linked to these committees to share their findings.

ACEX 2022 – 15th International Conference on Advanced Computational Engineering and Experimenting
3-7 July 2022 – Florence, Italy
Source: Prof. Miguel Vaz Jr. (UDESC)
We are proud to announce that this year will be the 15th time we will hold the International Conference on Advanced Computational Engineering and Experimenting, ACEX, in Florence, from 3-7 July 2022.
The ACEX conferences are now a well-established forum, with a balanced portion of delegates from academia and industry in attendance. As such, the conference provides a binding platform for researchers and industry-leaders to network together, exchange ideas, and overcome currently pressing issues related to computational engineering and related experimenting.
The conference will provide an excellent opportunity for delegates to meet new collaborators and develop their knowledge of current topics in an attractive, cultural and friendly environment!
ACEX2022 will bring together a high-level plenary and focussed talks by invited speakers.
PLENARY SPEAKERS:
'SYNTHESIS OF METAMATERIALS: NЕW ЕХРЕRIMЕNTАL, NUMERICAL АND THEORETICAL CHALLENGES' - Prof. Francesco dell'Isola, Università dell'Aquila, Italy
'POLYMER ENGINEERING IN INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS – TRENDS AND CHALLENGES' - Prof. Alexander Lion, Universität der Bundeswehr München, Germany
'ON THE UNIQUENESS OF THE SOLUTION AND THE VARIATIONAL PRINCIPLES WITHIN THE LINEAR COUPLED STRAIN GRADIENT ELASTICITY' - Dr. Lidiia Nazarenko, Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg, Germany
